I understand that Sunrise Digger Zone (“SDZ”) is an indoor play environment that includes, but is not limited to: sand play areas, ride-on diggers/excavators, RC vehicles, climbing features, toys, café seating areas, and general movement by children of various ages.

I acknowledge and understand that:

• Play activities involve inherent risks, including slips, trips, falls, collisions, exposure to sand, or interactions with other children.
• SDZ staff supervise the facility but do not provide individual child supervision.
• I am responsible for monitoring my child(ren) at all times unless otherwise stated for a specific program or event.
• Sand and equipment may stick to clothing, skin, shoes, etc.

I confirm that:

• My child is in good health, and I am not aware of any medical condition that would make participation unsafe.
• My child has not experienced vomiting, diarrhea, fever, or contagious symptoms within the past 24 hours.
• I will follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
• I will notify staff immediately of any injuries, hazards, or unsafe conditions.
  
  

In consideration of being allowed to enter Sunrise Digger Zone, I hereby:

✔ Waive, release, and discharge Sunrise Digger Zone LLC, its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action related to injury, illness, property damage, or other loss that may occur from participation in any SDZ activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

✔ Assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participation.

✔ Agree that this release is binding on myself, my child(ren), and our heirs.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunrise Digger Zone LLC from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• My child’s participation,
• My failure to follow facility rules,
• My minor child’s actions, behavior, or negligence.

• Parent/guardian must remain on-site at all times unless a special drop-off program explicitly states otherwise.
• SDZ is not a childcare facility.
• I am fully responsible for ensuring my child behaves safely.

By signing this form, I grant Sunrise Digger Zone LLC full permission to capture and use photos and/or video of myself and my child(ren) for marketing, advertising, social media, print materials, and any other lawful promotional purposes.
I understand this consent is irrevocable and applies to all future visits.

I understand that SDZ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

I understand that:

• Outside food/drinks (except water bottles or baby food) are not permitted inside SDZ unless medically required.
• SDZ café items may be consumed in designated areas only.

By signing, I confirm I will follow SDZ rules including but not limited to:

• No running, pushing, or rough play
• No throwing sand
• No food/drinks inside sand areas
• Shoes off in sandboxes; socks encouraged
• Respect equipment and other families
• Follow staff instructions

I have read and fully understand this waiver. I am the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) listed.
I voluntarily agree to these terms and understand this waiver will remain in effect for all future visits unless revoked in writing.
